Our independent firm, M.S. Antiques, offers Estate Valuation & Estate Liquidation Services. Our priority is to provide the best Professional Valuations and Liquidation advice to our clients.

HOW IT WORKS

With over 30 years of knowledge and expertise in the Personal Property, Antiques and Fine Arts Marketplace, we use our expertise and contacts to help our clients Valuate and if necessary disperse of property in a profitable and timely manner. Discussing your individual needs will determine the best methods of disposal. This may include selling the entire estate or collection in a short time frame or a combination of sales and consignments through art and antique dealers, auction houses, decorators, collectors, etc…that may yield higher prices over a longer period of time, usually limited to a maximum of 6 months. Tag sales and clean-outs can also easily be arranged.

FEES

Valuations: based on an hourly rate, not contingent on the values indicated.Items Sold or Consigned: based on Actual Sales Price realized for each item, or mutually agreed upon.Out of pocket expenses when relevant are deducted. Fees for Estate Liquidations are separate from any previous appraisal work provided by M.S. Estate Appraisals.Please feel free to consult us regarding fees.
